Screen Time for kids need help

[iMore Question]

How do I set up Screen Time on my kids iPhones so that they get 1 hour of every thing and that's it. And they'll have to ask permission to get more time.

And then from 6pm till 8pm everything is shut off for them.

Thanks I'm having a hard time finding a good tutorial that gets directly to my question or a specific video or article that has this. I mostly get Screen Time as a feature type results.

We are all on iPhone 8 Plus if that makes any difference?
