New Screen Time Features

One of the things I was excited for in Screen Time was the ability to choose custom contacts during downtime. Except, I’m not getting that option. I’ve updated and rebooted all devices but it’s simply not there. I’ve found two tutorials, one says it’s under “Always Allow” and the other shows it as stand alone between “App Limits” and “Always Allowed.” It’s not in either place.

Anyone else having this problem? Should I be looking somewhere else?
