I am still on iOS 13.1 Beta even though I deleted my Beta profile pre-13 public release. Shouldn't my phone be pushed the iOS 13 public release?

Canceling Beta profile will allow you to get the official 13.1 public release rumored for the Sept 30th. You will not receive 13 public release unless you remove beta profile, restart device and have a back of 12.4 or 12.4.1 to restore, etc.
