My phone is glitching, it’s changing colours, and it’s doing multiply screens at once without me even touching anything? What do I do?

Agreed. However it almost sounds like you forgot to add "I dropped my phone and now it's....." before your previous statement.

Also, maybe try a soft reset first.
Failing that, restore to factory, and see how it acts. Based on the results of that, arrange an appointment with Apple...

I agree with @ivanwi11iams here...now is a good time to do a back up, just in case, and a reset. Chances are, the Apple service guys will do that first.

This happened to me with my iPhone 8. I did some research and found out there was a known logic board issue with some of the devices. I took it to Apple & they had it for a week or so & all is good. I gave it to my son & he hasn’t had any issues since. I’d definitely recommend you take it to Apple.
