Eventhough I am installing app from appstore live wallpapers isn’t working? Only normal wallpapers is comings
I have latest iPad Pro 11 but in that I can able to set a live wallpaper

Do you have "dynamic wallpapers" in the Wallpaper settings? If so, select one of them to see if it animates on your iPad display.
