Which iPad is good for beginners in the field of digital designing and sketching?

I am a beginner wanting to start sketching and illustrating. I am planning to buy an iPad and a pencil for the same. Key points:
1. I want the device to be supportive of softwares and apps for designing.
2. I don't want to see days when I am just out of space on my device. I would like to know what storage size I should choose for myself.

Any of the iPad Pro models should suffice, in my opinion, but if you haven’t already, you’ll have to determine which sketching/drawing app best suites your needs.
