Problem with Face ID

Face ID doesn't work for me at all, doesn't even register my face. But works for my sister somehow. The last iPhone X I had was working fine for me, but on this one it doesn't. Does anyone know what could the problem be? Also, the screen protector is offset by 1mm to the left, is that maybe the problem?

The screen protector shouldn’t cause a problem, but I can’t say for certain. With that being said, simply go through the FaceID setup process again and you should be all set.

Screen protectors shouldn’t cause any issues as noted. You can try registering your face again and if the problem persists, you should probably make an appointment with the Genius Bar.

FaceID also doesn't work for me but it's not the phone....it's my face.
