iPhone 5C Questions?

I’m looking to buy an iPhone 5C (second hand) as a gift for Mother’s Day. I was wondering if anyone could help me, I’ve read that the iPhone 5C has up to IOS10 on it. Does this mean that it’ll be able to download apps such as Fitbit and Alexa as these would be required?

I have a5c but not willing to let it go...but yes Fitbit works on it...not sure about Alexa cause I never had used thst app

If those apps support your device then they will appear in the App Store and/or state what device and iOS version is required for their use.

Correct...I'm sure the Alexa would work but I never got that app just saying..,
