Volume/ vibration not working ?

My iPhone 7 Plus volume buttons are not working, I can’t adjust the volume using the other menu. I can’t hear music and my phone calls I can not hear or be heard. Vibration is also not working.

It looks you’re best off to take your iPhone in to the Apple Store or a Apple certified repair shop to have your device checked out.

Did you try restoring your device first to see if that helps?

Is bluetooth on and paired to a device? If so turn off bluetooth and try another phone call or music.

Have you by any chance activated the Mute button?

If this is a new problem, have you tried doing a hard restart?

There's 3 places to check volume.
1. Side of phone. Be sure the Ring/silent switch is set for sound.
2. In the control center.
3. In Settings > Sounds
Make sure volume is up in all 3 places.
