Is it possible to print out text conversations / iPhone X

I’ve never deleted a text in my life, don’t ask me why. One conversation goes back years. It looks like every time I set up a new iPhone, the texts do not delete, they are still there and transfer to the new phone. Is there any way to print out the entire conversation, thousands of texts? There must be a way because text conversations are documented by the authorities when they are investigating a crime.

This! I think it's the best/only option! It would be great if there were another method, and I'm going to add this to my wishlist for iOS 13!

iMazing is an application for your computer that will do what you need. It will also allow you to export them in several formats from .pdf to .csv.

Keep in mind you can also create a PDF out of any screenshot you take on your iPhone through the share sheet. That way if you print it you don't get giant images.

There's also a variety of stitching apps, like Tailor, where you can stitch several screenshots together.
