My Macbook Air is shutting down unexpectedly. Few minutes before it was telling to replace battery. But now it says battery is NORMAL and in good condition. What is the issue? Can anyone please guide?

Either the battery is defective or macOS is corrupted somehow. If you have the time, do a clean install of MacOS or if you use Time Machine, revert to a period prior to the problem. Other than that, you’ll have to make a Genius Bar appointment with the nearest Apple Store to have them look into the matter.
