Apps won’t move

Ok, I followed instructions on how to move the icon app thingys around. But everytime I put my finger on an app icon thingy it opens up instead of wiggle. Agrivating

Put your hand on an app icon and hold it still without applying pressure for at least 3 seconds.
The icons will start to wiggle now and you’ll be able to move them around.
