Can I prevent certain apps from being offloaded in ios 12?

I actually love the ios 12 feature that offloads apps to save storage space, but I would love it even more if I were able to mark certain apps so that they would never be offloaded automatically.

Is it possible to prevent certain apps from being offloaded without completely disabling the feature for all apps?

Are you going to consistently get to the point of having low disk storage space to where the offloading feature kick in? Anyway, I’m not aware of a way to mark apps in the manner you’re seeking.
