2018 iPad Pro WiFi issues?

Just bought new 12.9 inch iPad Pro and every time I wake it from sleep to go on the internet it doesn't connect to the internet. My WiFi is on and selected on the iPad all the time but I have to restart the WiFi to get connected to the internet. I thought it may have been my case I bought off of Amazon, but this isn't the problem. Seen a few forums saying people are having the same issues.
Any advice would be appreciated.
