File Folder Structure and Cloud Strategy

Hey Rene,
In the article "How to back up your Mac", your comment about using all three solutions, iCloud, Dropbox and Google Drive.

I would like to get a better understanding of your "Backup Process" so could you define "Basic Mac Files", and "Mac Document Folders". How do you have your File Structure layed out?

I would appreciate your help as I am trying to solidify my Folder Structure and Backup Process.

Basic Mac Files - contacts, calendars, reminders, notes, etcetera.

Files structure - Various folders for various files. Example: downloaded items go to the Download folder. Documents to the Documents folder, etcetera.
