Can I delete my old iTunes library after having used iCloud music library?

I have my main iTunes library on my old windows laptop. I'm using iCloud music library to get it to sync with the Music app on my new mac. (also iPhone). My question is the following. If I wipe out my windows laptop, will it do also erase the music on my Mac/iPhone? I have hard copies of everything, but I just want all my playlists to switch over.

Wiping out your computer won’t delete anything from iCloud Music Library and Music on your other devices.

Only if you specifically go into iTunes on your Windows while iCloud Music Library is enabled and hit ctrl-a and then delete, it will delete also from your other devices.

In other words, feel free to wipe out your windows.
