    Welcome to iMore. Please feel free to join. In order to change the pin...you need the original pin, you can't just change it without the original PIN number.

    Find that ā€˜someoneā€™ and have them give you that pin.
    If that person refuses to do so, you can go to the police and press charges for theft of your device.
    Because in the end, thatā€™s what has happened here, even though you still may have the device in your possession.

    If "pin code" is the same as "lock screen passcode" then all you have to do is restore the device via iTunes. I assume you know your iCloud credentials to enter when prompted.

    In order for your PIN to be changed, you have to know the current PIN code. Are you saying this "someone" knew your original PIN and changed it?
