Since the whole point of the activation process is to ensure that your account can't get hacked into if your username and password are compromised there's not a whole lot we can do to help you.
Your best bet is to visit http://support.snapchat.com

Many thanks guys for the information my friend helped a lot. I have such a problem, I cannot create several accounts on one site, I am blocked, I don’t understand why, I wrote about this on many forums, but it did not help me.
