How to watch HDR videos on YouTube for iPhone max? I select the the video format but it only goes up to 1080p not HDR

I’m not sure if there are that many HDR videos on YouTube.
I’m using my TV 4K to watch some YouTube and even videos with titles that say 4K HDR are still in 1080p.

I assume YouTube has to enable uploading in 4K HDR format first for us people to see it.
