Can you adjust the antenae or bands so you can get better data connections (i.e. 3g, 4gLTE)?

My IPhone 6 has poor data reception. I'm on Verizon, my coworkers on Sprint and ATT have fine reception. Another coworker also has Verizon and has the same problem. Up till 1-1 1.5 years ago ours was also fine.
Any ideas?

You cannot alter your employer’s router settings so you’ll have to change your carrier for better performance. If your work needs better data reception, maybe your employer will supply a work phone

You cannot do that on a stock iPhone. Your only option is to either request WiFi access where you work (if they even have a router), or to change carriers.

What type of work do you do that requires the use of your phone?

There is a WIFI connection here that I could get access to but I don't want to go through that. I would like to be able to use my data on my break time and keep it private.
