Why did my AutoFill stop working? I don’t know how to get it back

My AutoFill was working fine. Now it don’t. How do I get it back?on my iPhone.

Tap autofill to make sure it’s toggled on.

On my Safari when there is a password required there is the word PASSWORD below the sign in location.
