Tried to use delete. No dice. Even tried via terminal. No way. I'm using os High Sierra 10.13. Safari. If I log out of iMore, even for two or three days, when I return so does my file. Apple says since you are the developers, you might have some ideas. Oh, this issue does not impede my User account; I can still use it, but I does impede my use of iMore. My email: (redacted)

I’m at a lost here. Can you please define “user file”? The reason I ask is because it seems you’re might be referring to browser “cookies”. I mean, when you login to iMore with a “username and passcode” that information does not get deleted when you logout. If it did, you would have to go through the new user sign up every time you’d want to login to iMore.
