Normal or not??

Quick question and sorry for beating a dead horse. But my sister and I are on 4 drive and I have been using my phone minimal amounts.

My iPhone X is easily hitting 90 external temp, outside temp is 80 and we have ac turned on but it’s turned low. Her iPhone is warmer hers is easily 94-97 external just using Facebook and light browsing.

Is this normal??
