Why has my data usage tripled in the last two months? I'm not doing anything different.

Check with your wireless provider and ask them for a summary of your data usage. I know Verizon breaks it down through their web site and iOS apps.

Could be any number of reasons. Have you recently installed an app that asked to use your location all the time? Do you stream music regularly?

As Rob said, you can contact your carrier for a data usage breakdown.
