Trying to login into the Iphone 6Plus I blocked it. Now the message says "connect to Itunes" but still no way to remove the passcode and open the phone. I need this phone for my wife as I bought a new IPhone 8Plus. How can I erase (format) the data as most contents wwere recovered from Icloud if all attempts to open up the phome fail?
Connect the device to your computer, initiate the computer’s iTunes app, and when iTunes detects the device in recovery, select “Restore”. That will erase the device. With that being said, if the device is protected with the iCloud Activation Lock then you will still be unable to use the device unless you can recall the iCloud credentials associated with the device.
