My Snapchat says it’s downloaded in the app store, but it’s not

When i press open on it, it says restrictions enabled, but they are not enabled. Also i cannot find the app anywhere on my home screen. Can someone please help?

What device?
Try pulling down on the home screen. Then type in Snapchat. It should show you where it is. Don't know about restrictions. You might check in settlngs > General > Restrictions again.
Restart your device.
