How does the Siri iCloud feature work

Hi being an Apple fanboy for as long as I have been and I should know this but how does siri work in iCloud I’ve noticed a Siri toggle in iCloud settings but what does Siri sync via iCloud and how do I get it to sync the data and what data is synced

I did a quick search on Google and apparently it is to sync Siri machine learning over iCloud to all your connected iDevices.

thanks Tartarus. Yes I did the same but i was getting confused on what it means by Siri "Machine Learning"
