A quick question about the TV App

Since an update, I have lost access to my videos on my iPad. I am told there is a "TV App" which replaces it. But I cannot find it. I am in the UK and running the latest IOS on my iPad Pro. I have looked in the app store and on the device itself. Nothing.

Any clues?

Unfortunately I don't know if it's available in the UK.

Change your region to U.S, the app will appear then. See if your videos are in there.
Then change back to UK region.
