Beats wireless studio does not go into pairing mode even after reseting it. still the led is just all the time on after turning them on. no clue what else to do

1. Charge the headphones to capacity
2. If you’re trying to pair it to an iPhone, select the “remove this device” from the Bluetooth setting for the headphones.
