Siri by earphones problem

Hi,
when I have my earphones connected to phone Siri does not react on “Hey siri” when phone is in sleep mode. Also, it does not reaact when I press and hold button on earphones.
But, when phone is awake Hey siri works via earphones.
It also works when it is in sleep mode but NOT connected by earphones.

1. what kind of earphone? Wired or wireless?
2. If wireless, have you tried deleting the connection and then pairing the earphones to the device again?
3. Does it happen with any pair of earphones or just the one pair you mentioned above?

Wired earphones. I have just this pair of earphones so I did not try with other ones.
EDIT: It does not work without earphones in SLEEP mode also.
When display is on it works fine.

EDIT2: OK it was my mistake. I turned it off in settings...thanx anyway.
