Can't get new keepass file onto Ipad

IOS 12.2.6

Emailed my new .kdbx file to myself and my wife. Was able to download it to both our iphones no problem, but the ipad does not give me the option to open the file. Just brings up a white screen saving "no preview available".

It does not show the file as "downloading" when I open up the email.

Have done this for a couple of years with no problems till last night.

Suggestions?

Let's start with the obvious. I'm going to assume you're using iOS 11.2.6 instead of 12.2.6........With that being said, I recommend you peruse the official KeePass discussion forums via the following link while awaiting a reply from someone here who may an answer your question.
