How can I listen to previous recordings after downloading them from the icloud?

I recently upgraded my phone and synced all of my previous information to the icloud. When I restored my info from the cloud onto my new phone, I am able to see the recordings but am unable to click on or listen to them. These are recorded lectures from my classes that I use to study and still need. What do I do?

If there is a cloud icon next to them, they must be downloaded first.
