Should I choose an older iMac or newer Mac Mini? Both are second hands

I'm interested in getting iMac. However, my budget is limited. So, I can only buy a 2010 iMac, or a 2011 (with additional fund). But, with the same budget I can get a 2014 Mac Mini. I need the machine just for general computing works.
Any opinion?

If only for "general computing works", then go with the 2014 Mac Mini.
