i take pictures of documents right now i locate them
by date i need a more efficient method to locate the documents by keyword just as i locate apple notes by keyword i want to keep the ios pictures in chronological order

If I understand you, you would need an app where you could rename the files. Box has that option as well as a search bar function. The Box Notes feature might also come in handy. But once you move the files out of Box, the file name reverts back to the original. iOS doesn't offer the option to rename files.
