I can move gmail and outlook mail from any number of those accounts on my iPhone X with no problem. But I can’t use that same method to migrate mail to my folders in my iCloud email folders and it’s aliases.
Is there an easier way to do this other than forwarding the individual emails to my iCloud account? That’s the only alternative method I’ve though of.

On my MacBook Pro I have my Gmail and iCloud accounts set up in the Mail program. Within that program I can drag mail from Gmail folders to iCloud folders.

While I personally have not tried this, it may be an option. Download and install Mozilla Thunderbird mail and set up your email accounts. You may be able to "drag and drop" your emails then.
