    My phone and watch are already synched. My watch is showing me all my activity goals for today, but my phone shows none for today. My history of activity is displayed for all other days, but today's shows nothing. How do I get my phone to match my watch for today's activity?

    If your Watch is paired to your iPhone, the data will eventually sync to it. Just be patient and give it time.
