I don’t have access to the email associated with my Apple ID

How can I update an email address for an Apple ID if I don’t have access to that email address? (I.e I can not access the email address for the reset email or password)

The way the OP worded it was confusing. Not real sure what, exactly, they can't access. They said an email address. Maybe you're better at reading between the lines. LOL

I'm not sure you'll have any luck but try contacting Apple Support. I don't know if you'll have any success but might be worth the try. I believe you will need access to it. Thanks.
