Swipe down for lock screen

I’m trying to figure out how to turn off the feature that brings you to the lock screen when you swipe down on your iPhone. Any help would be great. Thanks

It’s your notification panel, you can’t turn that off.

it’s not actually the lock screen: it’s the notification panel.
The phone isn’t locked in that condition. You still can access it.

There’s no option in iOS 11 to disable it. Maybe there will be one in a future update.
