I seem to be getting the same kind of speeds I get when I charge it in my USB 3.0 from my MacBook Pro (Which is 7.5W I believe)....now I do have the power adapted plugged into an extension block with other electronics in it...Might this be stopping some of the power flow perhaps??
Apple ‘enabled’ fast charge with iOS 11.2.1.
As for being connected into an extension block, it probably doesn’t help as it surely has a loss, or more resistance, somewhere.
I’m no electricity professional so don’t take that for cash, it’s my opinion haha!

To charge from 0%?
