Code verification

I changed my phone number so when i tried to sign into my account it kept sending the verification code to my other number and i also didn't have a recovery code so i did this "i just typed in my username and clicked "forgot password" then i entered in my new number and it let me change my password so when I signed in with my new password it automatically sent the verification code to my new number.
