How do you know if you have a minor Apple ID or are using, or being controlled by family sharing

I’m trying to make an in app purchase with an iTunes gift card and the two things mentioned above are what could potentially notify somebody if you have made that purchase, therefore I would like to know the above please.

How old are you? How old did whoever set up your account say you were when the account was created? That should tell you the answer. Also, follow the advice above.
