Groups Not showing up in Contacts

I was showing a few friends how to use groups in contacts. Two of them did not have the blue groups option in the left hand corner! One has a 7 and one has a 6S. I can not find out why. Three of my friends had it and two did not! Thank you! Rachelle

Interesting maybe turn off devices and try again

Groups is only available if
1: you’re syncing more than one account for contacts
2: if you have previously made groups on the phone. If you have not, you will have to go to iCloud.com/#contacts and create a group there for it to appear on your iPhone.
