What would happen if for example, you tell siri to "call #911 or *911"(saying "call pound 911 or star 911), would it proceed to call or would it say it cannot call that number?

Why would you call #911 ?

Having said that, I said to Siri "Call pound 611" and Siri replied that Pound 611 was not in my contacts.
But when I said "Call hashtag 611", Siri dialed that.

When I say “call asterisk 911” Siri tries to call *911.
Not sure why you would call it a star though.
