Well..I purchased an iPhone 6s from a site on a second hand mobile and since am not good in checking imei info I couldn't check....the device was reported lost/stolen...and the seller does not have the details so I was asking if there's another way of getting the contact of the or the details.

Unfortunately, there’s no way to track the seller, but if you got it off a trusted site, you would have gotten a better device. How do you know that the 6S was reported as lost/stolen? Next time, buy a device from Apple or an authorized reseller. Lesson learned!

From what you have said, no. There's not anything you can do. No bypass, no workaround!
