So my iPhone 5s is locked from too many failed attempts but if I try to connect it to iTunes it messages the code to itself witch I obviously cant see.

What do you mean “it messages the code to itself”? If the device is protected via the iCloud Activation Lock then you should know the associated credentials to move forward with the restore process. If I’m misunderstanding what you’re saying, please clarify. Thank you.
