My iPod is stuck on the notification bar

My iPod notification bar is stuck in the middle of the screen I am stressing out my home button is broken so I can't hard reset or reset at all. I got a button on my screen but I can't use that ither and because I'm not using it my battery level is not going down please help

Without the working home button or virtual home button, there nothing we can do to assist you except have you either get the home button fixed or follow the official advice given via the attached screenshot.
