    Hi, welcome to imore,

If I have to be frank, it’s not possible to forget all of them at the same time.

The only valid argument is that you haven’t used iCloud.com or your iPhone anytime in at least the past few months.

Your only option is to go with a proof of purchase to the nearest Apple Store or call https://support.apple.com.

Welcome to iMore! Try these instructions. If it doesn't help, and you have your receipt for your device, contact Apple Support.

Forgetting all of those at the same time is highly unlikely. Especially if you do not remember the recovery email address you set. The recovery email address is different than the email address used in your Apple ID.

You'll need to bring your phone, your receipt as proof of purchase, and your photo ID in to your local Apple store and ask them to assist you. They won't help you without bringing in the receipt and photo id.

If you cannot do any of that then you're stuck with an expensive paperweight.
