    Chatting with a tech, the chat crashed. Can't resume, it can't start again. Trying to start again, had to fill a survey which naturally I scored as a fail on all counts. Seems like I' barred from customer "support" now.

    I've had many support calls and chats with Apple. I've never had a problem so realize that it might be your internet connection, hardware there are just too many factors.
