Why does everthing to to with Apple Mac crash, even the help chat? Are these guy's for real?

Chatting with a tech, the chat crashed. Can't resume, it can't start again. Trying to start again, had to fill a survey which naturally I scored as a fail on all counts. Seems like I' barred from customer "support" now.

I don’t know and can only assume you had a bad connection of some sort. With that in mind, feel free to call Apple Support.

I've had many support calls and chats with Apple. I've never had a problem so realize that it might be your internet connection, hardware there are just too many factors.
