Can I backup my iphone and restore only certain things?

My iphone 6s plus is slow, i want to do a complete backup, wipe and restore only certain apps and more importantly their data, can i do that or is it all or nothing when it comes to restoring from a backup?

I’m not familiar with it but there is Decipher Activity Transfer Tool that also allows you to only import just the selected parts of a backup.

I’d say look it up and see if it’s what you want.

You can do that using iTunes, if I’m not mistaken.

There are plenty of tools out there that claim to do partial restores/imports, but I have yet to find a successful one.

You could delete what you don’t want first, then back it up. After the backup, reset and restore from your most recent backup.
